Climate Technologies for Agrifood Systems Transformation: Placing Food Security, Climate Change and Poverty Reduction at the Forefront

A knowledge product prepared by the Technology Executive Committee (TEC) and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) that analyses knowledge gaps and identifies climate technologies for transforming the agrifood system. It explores the agrifood system’s interlinkages with climate technologies, capacity needs, financial flows, and country-specific examples. These resources equip stakeholders with the capacity to assess viable technologies and understand the financial and policy aspects (e.g., NDCs and Technology Needs Assessments), as well as the barriers to their development.
